HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Happy New Year! These are the compilation of photos I took. The figures that are shown in the video are Nendoroid. A Nendoroid is Chibi figures, they are plastic figures originally from Japan. I bought mine from a figure store.
I use mine to make a story as I took pictures of them. I use my dad's DSLR camera. It is a bit heavy but I'm getting used to it. My dad teaches me how to take good photos. I will make more stories soon.
It is fun making stories, it's like a playtime for me. I searched for the names of the characters and some I have a hard time knowing their names because I'm not familiar with the anime show.

Barbie Baby Caregiver Playtime with Hana
This is a short video of me and Hana playing with the Barbie Baby Caregiver. She seems to like it. She cleans and feeds the baby. But sometimes she makes a mess with the baby bottle so I help her clean it.
It is fun playing with my baby sister but sometimes she insists on what she wants. She's still a baby and she cannot understand many things yet. She explores new things and I help her discover them.

My Drawing of Chibi
This is my drawing of Chibi. It's for my friends who came to my birthday party. It's a thank you drawing that shows my friends. They are Angel and Maia.
It was a fun and great play and I wish we can play often. Maybe next time, we can draw together. Drawing is also playing, right? When I draw, I feel happy and I draw things like Chibi and some cartoon characters.
Oh, by the way, Hana, my baby sister, is included in the drawing, She is in the photo on the frame. We're all four in the drawing including me.
I will draw more Chibi in the future and I hope I'll get better soon. My mom said practice makes perfect and the more I practice, the better I'll be.

Why Do We Put Candles on our Birthday Cake
Today, I was playing with my sister Hana and the game was making a birthday cake. Then suddenly I realized something, why do we put candles on top of our birthday cake.
And so I searched it on Google and it says that it was a tradition for the ancient Greeks. It was special to the Greeks to celebrate the Greek moon. The light of the candle represents the light of the moon. The smoke from the candle carries the wishes and prayers to the gods who actually lived above the skies. And others believed that the smoke helped to ward off evil spirits.
And so today, we still practice putting candles on top of our cake and blow the candles before making a wish. And now that I know this stuff, the next time I play with Hana, I will know why we put candles on our birthday cake.
